What is this?
A living index of the domains advertised on Alex Tew's 2005 Million Dollar Homepage. Twenty years later many have expired — here you can spot the ones that are available to register or for sale, with their exact pixel coordinates on the original grid.
Why don't I see every domain from the grid?
Two reasons. First, we only list domains that are actually for sale today (available, premium or auction) — not the thousands still owned and taken. Second, and importantly, we only show domains whose link on the Million Dollar Homepage is still a live link to the real domain.
What about the archive.org links?
On the original page, a large chunk of the outbound links no longer point to the advertiser — they've been rewritten to web.archive.org snapshots because those sites died years ago. Those entries are just frozen pictures of a dead page, so we deliberately exclude the archive.org-snapshot links and only surface domains that still carry a genuine, live link. Every “Check” button goes to a live GoDaddy lookup — never to a dead archive page.
Are these really available?
“Available” domains were cross-checked against Synergy Wholesale, Name.com, Dynadot and live DNS — GoDaddy's bulk search alone was wrong on ~half of the ccTLDs, so we removed those. Still, prices and availability change constantly: always confirm on GoDaddy before buying via the Check › button.
Available vs Premium?
Available = register at the standard price at any registrar. Premium / Auction = the domain is registered and listed for resale on GoDaddy's aftermarket; the Price column shows GoDaddy's asking price.
How do I read the grid coordinates?
X and Y are the top-left pixel of the domain's largest ad block on the 1000×1000 canvas. Hover any row to light up its exact pixels in the Grid locator.
